Bad Points
I'll NEVER try lastminte again. In my experience hotels don't charge if you cancel the booking in appropriate time, but lastminute charged me about 20-30 £ for any cancellation! (Sites such as Vener don't charge either). Also, This time they fully charged me for a hotel, however I had cancelled it a week ago and I couldn't make the trip, they said it had been non-refundable! There was not such a note there when I was making the booking and even nothing in the confirmation email! They said, a 3rd company has ordered the room as non-refundable type! Does it make sense? We know LASTMINUTE and not any other companies! I do not recommend LastMinute.com!
