    Adecco found me work for a year.


    General Comments

    Adecco staff in the Southend On Sea branch constantly made mistakes with me. This being from them deciding not to pay me some weeks to losing holiday forms when I had taken them into the office. I feel I have received bad service from the staff. I found them to have disappointing customer relation skills. I have now cut all ties with Adecco as I believe they are the worst recruitment service I have dealt with.

      I started a job using Southend Adecco on 27th November and was really impressed with them when I went to register. Since 27th November they have lost two of my time sheets, failed to mention to me that they don't pay half day holidays (even when I told them I was taking one and a half days - if I had known they didn't pay half days I would have taken the full day obviously). I have never received return calls or emails.

      When I wanted to book my day and a half holiday I was not told that I needed to fill in a form - luckily I had to telephone them again for another query and was told that I needed to fill one in and to their credit I was emailed a form and my holiday pay was processed (unfortunately the same week they decided to lose my time sheet again so I got paid £48 for three days woo hoo.

      I am still waiting to find out when I am getting paid for my day and a half worked last week but I doubt I will hear anything soon and I am bored of calling them - Southend Adecco are not a well organised agency in my opinion. I would recommend Michael Boyd in Rayleigh instead.
