Good Points
None.
The ergonomics of this device are terribly done in my opinion. As if this device was intended to be used by small eared monkey. Ambient noise is louder than the audio I feel.
General Comments
In my experience I feel the bad points of the Motorola HS820 are -
1. Crackly sound
2. Erroneous manual - e.g button to be pressed is stated wrongly
3. Quiet audio I feel
4. The piece that suppose to be put around the ear, is too small for my ears.
5. The 'loud-speaker' is placed somewhere for the ear clove to listed to
6. Whenever I twist my head quick enough, it is enough to send the device flying into the drain
7. Walking while talking... forget about it.
Therefore I do not recommend this bluetooth headset.
