Good Points

Absolutely none, not even the best value now.


Bad Points

The most inefficient, unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.


General Comments

They have lost recorded deliveries I've sent, make promises to call back but haven't, send letter asking for a response but after many minutes of telephone calls did not find anybody who had knowledge of this letter. Could not even send a renewal qoute until 3 days after expiry of current policy.
