Good Points
Quick answer to my application. One agent was allocated to helped me from the start to the end when I bought the car, so I always knew who to speak to. Everything as explained in English and easy to understand.

Bad Points
Not the cheapest, but then I have had credit problems.

General Comments
What I really liked was that they allocate one person to deal with you. This means when you call in or need to ask a question, you don't have someone you have never spoken to trying to find out stuff.

They only provide the loan, so when I found the car, they just sorted everything out with the dealer and did a free HPI for me on the car.

I liked the fact that everything was done when they said it would be and that if I had any questions or problems there was always the same person to speak to. They even called me after I picked the car up to make sure everything was OK. Great service.
