Overall Rating
- Value for money

Still think the Hi-Dome is best model as it is pretty much impossible to overfill. Have used for 44 yrs. Excellent recipe book. Three weight options, so can do wider range of cooking.
Bad Points
Aluminium not stainless steel
General Comments
I had to get a new pressure cooker, and could only get a flat top prestige pressure cooker, though it was stainless steel. No longer has three weights, so limits cooking. Shame. Also, very basic cooking instructions would not have encouraged me to buy the product. Seems that pressure cookers are harder to find now, possibly because they are not "marketed" like some of the other cooking options. Prestige should be doing more, as very energy efficient way of cooking. I live in New Zealand.
