Good Customer service, great inflight movies
Bad Points
Uncomfortable seats, Lackluster entertainment system apart from the movies.
General Comments
I flew a flight from Portland to Honolulu and it was ok with the entertainment system and good customer service but the entertainment system can improve like ptv's in all classes in all of their aircraft apart from the A330's or leather seats for every class. The flight back from Honolulu was so uncomfortable, I was all redeye back to the mainland. Apart from that, my flights were ontime. Northwest is an OK airline but it can improve.
