Good Points

Polite staff on the phone.


Bad Points

Impenetrable double log in system.


General Comments

I only have a first degree in mathematics so the previous reviewer was right, I couldn't crack the Interactive Investor log in system. After three days and several phone calls I am still not through the second stage of the registration process. Finally this evening I was told that it's not just me, others are having the system refuse their registration - why couldn't I have been told that there was a problem affecting many people when I first called for help? Instead I was told I would get a call from their IT section - still waiting.
I've had to provide a rating for services I have no experience of...
