General Comments

Definitely Maybe defined a generation, we have all, including Oasis themselves been hoping the band could repeat this. However unlikely that may be. MG rode the wave of its predecessor and I am sure if released tomorrow would not be held in the same regard. Ironically when we have all given up hope they release their best collection of songs since that debut. It will never be Definitely Maybe, but would we expect or want it to be? In the last 14 years we have all moved on, finally, so have Oasis. With the weight of expectation cleared from their shoulders I eagerly await the next album.
