Bad Points

I feel I received very poor service, I was charged for something I had not ordered


General Comments

I have ordered 2 items but they charged me for a different order which i never placed. they charged for the two orders I never placed.
when i called them customer care said that my order is not arrived yet but i was already charged heavily for which i have not ordered.

For getting money back i had to follow up and call them for a week.

after getting my money back they called me after a month and told me that my new order is dispatched. but in fact i never ordered.
