General Comments

Wanted a new car so went online, found DC Cook on Google. Not heard of them before but they had the cars I was thinking of and their prices were good so I gave them a ring. The guy was I spoke to was good, was a bit miffed to find I had to pay for delivery or travel all the way up to Sheffield to get the car, but the saving was still worth it so I went for it. They told me it would take 8 weeks for delivery, but after about 7 weeks they rang me and told me the car was going to be delivered by about 3 weeks. was a bit worried about this so I asked my mate who works in the trade to ask around - he came back and said that the dealers in our area had struggled with delays so that chilled me out a bit. Anyway a couple of weeks later they rang me and said the car would be ready soon and asked me to pay the final amount. I paid up and about a week later they rang me again to arrange collection. From there all was good.
