I feel let down by Goldtrail.
General Comments
Flew out from Belfast 29th September. No food on flight as far as I was aware, even to buy. I was rebuked by a flight attendant because I would not leave the queue for the toilet where I had been waiting for 15 minutes and she was displeased when I stood my ground and told her I was staying put and moving nowhere. I got dirty looks for the rest of the flight I feel...
Our hotel was supposed to be 4star all inclusive but in my personal opinion it was 2 star. The food was poor I feel as it consisted of tons of salad and veg. The inclusive drinks took approximately 30/40 minutes when ordered and my wifes vodka/coke was always coke only it seems, I have to constantly take her glass back to the bar for correction. This meant I was a trouble maker and this was visible from the staff attitudes. After 4 days we went outside to the bars and restaurants for breakfast/lunch/dinner etc and never ate in the hotel again.
Our flight back on the 13th October was on time, but no food again it seemed! Apart from this being unacceptable to me, I felt it was bad business as they could make good profit on these indestructible sandwiches. Believe it or not, they had no single serving vodka for her Ladyships vodka/coke. Honest!
The room was ok but I have seen better for half the price...
We personally never saw a rep the entire time we were there, I therefore do not recommend goldtrail.co.uk.
