For me, delivery was quite prompt so I must have been fortunate, judging from several other reviewer's experiences.
Bad Points
Unable to speak to anyone by phone it seems..
General Comments
The dual sim card I ordered did not fit my mobile model. I need to return it, but didn't catch the e-mail address when phoning and can't find it on the website to notify them of the problem before returning the article. Therefore I do not recommend m-99.co.uk
