I had a summer membership but unfortunately received a injury to my wrist whilst at the Gym (actually cracked my wrist bone). i was then allowed to suspend my membership until my wrist was better.I was given a slip and told to just contact the retention manager when i was ready. Now im ready to resume they dont want to let me use the gym. they are also refusing to refund my money.The general manager took more than 3 weeks to contact me, and just told me "No! they should not have even allowed me to suspend the membership in the first place" and said it was up to him and he decided he would not allow me to resume or refund my money.He was very rude and arrogant. (Suspended means suspended, not terminated!!!!!). This is who is actually recieving your money. I would advise you to find a gym that has a more moral, fair and ethical company culture rather than Next Generation now David Loyd Wooburn Green. Beware!!! i will now be contacting trading standards.
