Good Points

I have tried to be fair, but I can`t think of any.


Bad Points

3 Hour delay on outward flight.
Seats excruciatingly tight pitch, paid extra on return flight for extra leg room seat ( which was broken). To rub salt into the wound, cabin crew then gave out the remainder FREE OF CHARGE, to anyone who asked.


General Comments

On return, I chased the matter up with their customer services, and insisted on a refund of the extra legroom charge (30 Euro). After 4 weeks I got a reply which effectively said " Go Away ." A second letter got the same answer. The result is I have decided that I will NEVER offer the T.U.I. group any other business in the future.
