Good Points

Phenomenal speed and follow up before loan disbursement.


Bad Points

Slightly clueless frontman. Also, they bank tried to arm-twist me into taking auto insurance from them because ' they gave me a good interest rate'. I told them to cancel the loan, after which they apologised.


General Comments

I was called up and told I had a pre-approved car loan, and all I had to submit was my PAN card photocopy, a 3-month bank statement of a nationalised bank, and one photograph. They called me for verification, met me at the showroom 3 hours later and took the details of my car, my PDCs, and got me to sign the loan agreement. This was yesterday. Tomorrow I expect the loan amount to be transferred to the Car dealer's account, when I will be informed by the bank and the dealer of the same. I just go and pay the remaining amount, and I am done!
