Bad Points

Interest on accounts is paid once a year instead of monthly.


General Comments

Their Credit card does not charge the 2.75% currency conversion that other cards charge. I saved nearly £300 on my last foreign holiday.
When I'm transferring money between banks Nationwide takes two days to transfer money into other banks, but other banks take three days to put my money into my Nationwide account. I've used Nationwide for many years and have always found them helpful when I've needed advice. In the present climate I have every confidence in them.
