I wish to god I had never met up this company at the Ideal homes exhibition. I feel like I have lived through a nightmare. They havent answered their phones when I have called, I left message after message even though they claimed on there answerphone their offices to be open. All you could ever do is leave a message that nine out of ten times was not answered. I have the impression this is a cheep one man band. I checked with companies house to see if they had gone bust, that is how concerned I became, and it seems we where not the first to do so. My advice to anyone buying or considering buying a suite is go to a local dealer WITH A SHOP, a place of business! At least there you will have some come back. Designer living are nothing more than middle men with contacts and a phone line. Their customer service is the worst I have ever had the displeasure to encounter in my entire life. My advice is BUYER BEWARE.

I found this review very helpful because...its identical to my own experience with Designer Living. I am still living a nightmare after placing an order with this company. I guess the only comfort is to know that you're not alone and sadly other people have also suffered. The upset and frustration of dealing with these people is so stressful and if its not already too late, be warned.
