General Comments

This company was an absolute pleasure to work with for my European vacation. Not only did they help us when we were at the rental counter, they lowered the price when we found a lower one online.
We rented first in London, no problems.
Second in Frankfurt, the local supplier tried to force us into a smaller car and make us take the CDW, so we called Auto Europe from the counter, and they straightened it out for us, AND the rental station had to give us a mercedes C, which was awesome.
Third In Genoa, we were charged a fee for returning the car to Rome, so we called Auto Europe again, and they refunded us the amount as soon as we got back.
It seems to me that the people who have bad experiences either don't read the terms and conditions on the contract, or aren't aware of fees that they may be charged for certain things.
We had them recommended to us on TripAdvisor.com and will definitely use them again in the future.
