Good Points

Their office in liverpool, ther are few helpful people- I cant really thing of anything good- probably cheap...but going though to that office is almost impossible, very few people would transfer me call, and try to help- WITH NOTHING BY THE WAY!


Bad Points

Thanks to more than I was uninsured and driving!!!! USELESS PEOPLE WORKING THERE they havent called back and they say they will!!!


General Comments

Their call centre is a joke in my opinion, I asked them to put my insurance in a set date and they decided to set it at a latter date, I had an accident and been though lots of problems, I have talked to MORE THAN 15 different people to handle the case for 5 days and I havent finished my claim yet- I dont even know if they are going to proceed with it!! a good advice would be not to choose them!!never- comes much more expensive than you would think!!!More than means more problems than you could imagine!!!
