I booked a room through cheaptickets. When I selected the hotel it was a Wingate but once I paid for and confirmed the purchase it turned out to be a Travelodge. I went ahead because I still needed a room. Once I got there the hotel was dispicable. The room had a terrible smell, no internet connection and was not clean. It was also in an area where I did not feel safe. When I contacted Cheaptickets.com to try to get the issue resolved they told me that they could not give me a refund under any circumstances. I wound up having to find another Hotel and pay separately. I will never book through them again.
