Good Points

Pleasant, friendly crew and clean planes. The seats are comfortable but leg room could be better. When I developed a problem on the flight the crew were helpful and could not be faulted.


Bad Points

The meal was not that good but my main grievance is their appalling timekeeping. We were delayed 6 hours in Manchester on September 29th and 4 hours in Malta on our return journey on October 13th. All we got in both delay was a fleeting apology from the Captain and a paltry £5 voucher to spend on refreshments.


General Comments

I know that they are a small airline but in my opinion, they are unable to keep to any timetable. Their "excuses" for these delays are wearing thin, they need to get their act together and rewrite their timetable with their passengers interests foremost.
