General Comments
Fantastic service, never had any problems with this network and would never consider changing. Have spoke to so many of my friends who are on other networks and not happy. I get unlimited free texts - and when they say unlimited it means UNLIMITED as, no "capped amount", I also like the fact that on the rare occasion I do have to contact O2 about upgrades etc it's a UK call centre I'm through to and my query gets dealth with promplty and professionally. I would recommend o2 to anyone! Have been with them for years and also now get added benefits of being a "select" customer - upgrade after 15 months not 18 etc. It's worth switching and giving them a go.
