I just e-mailed them today expressing my anger. I believe I have ordered more than 3 times and they are always delayed each time. In August 2008, I ordered a baby sleeping bag and it's now October, no sign of it whatsoever. I have been very patient with them on some of the products I ordered as I don't need to use them right away, but the baby sleeping bag is urgent! People say it's worth giving vertbaudet a try......I tell you, order somewhere else! If you want to get something urgent, they are the worst company for it. Not to mention RUDE customer service.
