Good Points

The gun looks well. with a laser it feels and acts nicely in the hand. It comes up to sight very nicely and naturally.

Bad Points

Accuracy was extremely poor. The gun had a generally tacky and artificail feel about it. Plastic magazines were poor at aligning correctly.

General Comments

When i bought this pistol it was a replacement for my GAMO PT-90 which was equally really poor! I had to send it back as it had alot of feeding problems and eventually began to leak. I was offered a new pt90 or an exchange for another gamo pistol of similar value. Like a fool i thoughjt that all gamo's can't be that bad. The first session with my PT-80 was not all that positive as it failed to group and of the 7 brands of pellet i tested. The final straw came when i fitted a laser to see if this would improve my aiming ability. Spending some time and money on a laser system i went out to try it out and then the old gamo quality began to shine through again.....the stupid thing began to leak.
I pronptly sent a letter of displeasure along with the gun back to BSA and got my money back....eventually.
some time later i had the pleasure of trying out a gamo pistol in the form of a compact-single stroke pneumatic-which i found to be extremely nice and Gamo's saving grace in my mind.
