Good Points

Quick at answering, competitive prices, no problems amending details or changing policies, good at beating competing quotes, not overly pushy with policy "extras".


Bad Points

Renewal quotes aren't always the lowest, "on hold" music is a little iffy!


General Comments

Been using CIA Motorbike Insurance now for a good 5 years and am perfectly happy with them. I've amended policies and added bikes to existing policies, all without any trouble. Whilst their renewal quotes aren't always the best, they're good and quick at beating a more competitive quote. Overall, a pretty decent insurance company that I'd be happy to recommend!
