I placed an order in March. The medals I ordered were discontinued so I cancelled them. The trophy I received was not the one I had ordered so I returned it and requested a refund (they put payment through for the whole order despite never receiving the medals) and was told I would receive a refund in 30 days. I still have not received my money back and have been told by my bank that too much time has passed for them to help me. Has anyone ever received a refund and if so how?!
