General Comments
I wish to highlight the poor service travellers can expect to receive if they obtain First Choice travel insurance. We had to cancel a holiday in June 2008 due to my fathers death on the day we were due to travel and the claim has still to be resolved. The underwriters have dealt with this in an inept manner and without any degree of sympathy. So I would not recommend First Choice gold insurance.
