Good Points

Very friendly staff, good food, quiet location


Bad Points

Expensive drink, wasps, mosquitos


General Comments

I was very worried before I went to the Ionian sea view as I had read several bad reviews and I was taking my three children on my own. When we arrived I was pleasantly surprised and we were greeted by very friendly staff. The owner couldn't do enough to help us we had plenty of clean towels and no noise at night. The wasps drove us mad but it was like that wherever we went not just at the hotel. We had a great time. be careful if you go to the rose tree restaurant near the hotel. The owner gets too friendly and wont give you the bill when you ask for it he keeps giving you drinks. Corfu airport is terrible we had to queue up for over an hour at two in the morning because they didn't have enough room in the airport and I was eaten alive by mosquitos. I would recommend the Ionian sea view, I booked it as a last minute holiday and was very pleased with my choice.
