I tried to get some tickets for the killers but couldn't get them throught ticketmaster, however they where available on GetMeIn! Very annoying and must be questionable. Anyone know how I could get this investigated.

on 8th Feb 2009Firstly. You'll probably find that for busy events ticketmaster will sell out fast, because its the most popular and well known company to get tickets from.
secondly, getmein.com doesnt get an allocation of tickets to sell. it relies on secondary sales, ie. people selling their tickets on. that's why for sold out events you'll often see tickets on sale on getmein.com, because people are selling their tickets through it
1 Night Theatre Breaks
It's normal- ticketmaster and getmein both buy up loads of tickets for the gig, and then sell them until they have no more. Ticketmaster must have sold their allocation before getmein. They're not direct channels to the box office at the venue. No conspiracy.
