General Comments
I have had a similar experience to the previous poster - my local branch has no idea how to deal with payments to my offshore account... I've also tried three times to get a password for internet and phone banking -- which has involved going into the bank and faxing off my passport and each time zero happened - its been really frustrating and basically have had no way to get my money out of the account... HUGE waste of time and I intend to close the account - if I can actually find someone to do it!
