More expensive if you want to specify the time of delivery.
According to other review, I'd better not try.
General Comments
For my US Visa, I was stuck to using SMS which is settle in the US embassy.They charged me £15 for sending the passport at whatever time in about a week. You can then upgrade to a specific time - price of the upgrade is between £25 and £35.
This is just not right to me what is wrong with just leaving a note and leaving at the next post office for pick up?
