Bad Points
No signal, staff members telling you different from the last member of staff you spoke with. No discolsure of charges. Taking monies after service has been cancelled. Refusing to give refunds.
General Comments
The worst company I have ever dealt with! Staff not clear on things, I am now advising my bank to dispute and get refund. I'd rather sit in a pub, not drink and take the Mrs. & mother-in-law & watch the game than ever use this again! However they can still trade like this is beyond me!
