Very few native plug-ins. No help file, though very useful FAQ etc. on English forum.
General Comments
Very fast, very stable. Tiny memory footprint. Fully compatible with IE, and uses existing IE favourites. Good security features. Smart address bar easily a match for Firefox 3's. Excellent, straightforward download manager. Smart drag & drop search feature very nice to use. Actually quite feature rich (only slightly less so than Maxthon 2.0) though some features (e.g. print, send) are hidden in menus and sub-menus, rather than having their own button. Many IE add-ons (IeSpell for instance) work perfectly. Nice range of skins, more available via forum. Excellent browser - the light, fast, stable feel is addictive! I'm delighted with it - and I've tried most alternatives, including Google Chrome, Maxthon, Firefox, Opera and more.
