Good Points

there are NO good point with Nat West Business Banking


Bad Points

a total nightmare from day one, they dont deserve to have good customers depositing there hard earned cash at their bank.


General Comments

I have just had the phone put down on me because I was rude, I did not swear, I just said the bank was incompetent and I did not believe what they say anymore because they say the same things and yet still don ' t action what they promise to do, this drove me to ask for someone to actually look at the way this account had been handled from day one, acknowledge the faults and admin errors and write to me and apologise in the next 7 days... that was obviously just too much to ask and the person in business banking terminated my call when I asked for my complaint to be activated, I asked her to confirm her name and the call ended! I have been waiting for the pin number to activate my card reader for months now - when I called a few weeks ago I was told that it had been sent, there was no reason why I should not have it... a new one was ordered and I would have to wait 5 days .. it never arrived, today , when I have set aside a half day to do all my business banking and admin, I call and I am told that one was not ordered, there was no record and I would have to arrange for a new pin, that could take 3-5 days. I have tried the calm and rational, the witty and how about letting me access my money and the shouting and ranting to try and get someone to accept that they are unreasonable in blocking you access to your own hard earned money, only to be told if I needed money urgently, I could go into a bank! Fantastic response, I will let my suppliers know that they can meet me at my cash point at 11am! If anyone knows anyone within the bank that cares an takes ownership and knows what Customer Service is, can you let me know, lets get them promoted and taking over the bank.
