Smile was less reliable when I did use it and direct community plus banking (a version of business banking) is not such a good service either - particularly the online component.
General Comments
Easy straight forward e-banking for my privilege premier account and helpful telephone service. With worldwide travel insurance, car recovery service, mobile phone insurance etc included in the subscription, it works out to be extremely cost effective. I have a branch nearby also, so all in all I find their prudent cooperative ethical approach to suit me and bring social responsibility to the market place. In all, though and particularly as a high street bank I would thoroughly recommend them, especially in such turbulent economical times.
