Good Points

Will always exchange products with minimum fuss. Reasonable stock holding.


Bad Points

They do not seem to post negative comments on their website. They are not always the cheapest on some items, being beaten on price by Amazon (I recently purchased a freecom drive, a canon printer and creative speakers - all cheaper at Amazon)


General Comments

I have used Novatech for a long time (I live pretty close) and my opinion has been steadily declining. As they have expanded it appears they have had to keep an eye on prices to the point where they are no longer the cheapest. I think the biggest bugbear is that they do not seem to post negative comments on their website. I purchased a hard disk enclosure which did not work out of the box and it took some time of searching to find drivers on the web. I gave the product a three and explained how to get it going (which would have been useful for anyone else buying on!) but they did not publish it.
