Delay in deliver items and poor customer service in my opinion
General Comments
In my experience I would not recommend Vertbaudet. They take shuch a long time to deliver the items. On 10th of september 2008 I decided to order some goods for my baby because they had special offers for "new customers" . they said that the delivery would take 5-7 days...after 3 weeks I did not receive all the things I ordered ,so i called them just to find out that they did not have it in stock!!!...they didnt even send me an email at less to let me know about it......today 14 of october 2008 I am still waiting!!!!!! what a terrible service....certainly I wont ever order from them again!!!!
