General Comments

The worst hire car company I have ever used. They would not allow my partner and I to pay for the car on my credit card as my partner was driving. We asked if there was anything at all we could do and they flatly refused to help us and were very rude.
When we called customer services we were told we might not get the first days deposit back but would get the rest.
I have just received an email saying we will receive no refund at all. Whilst this may have been hidden in the ts and cs somewhere this is very rare and they were not prepared to try and help us work round it or give us anything in compensation. They would not even let us change the booking for the next trip we had to book to go back out to attend to business we had missed due to having no hire car.
All in all bad service, terrible customer relations. I would never use them again
