Did not deliver flowers ,mixed up address . Not too sorry about what happened . Had to demand a letter of apology to be sent to bride I am still to find out if it was sent. I will always remember Arena flowers as the only thing that went wrong at our very special weekend. Ofcourse I will never use the company again
