Good Points

Service on flight was good, price was very competitive (Dublin to Moscow via Heathrow)


Bad Points

My checked in luggage was lost on the outbound and return leg and I waited several days to collect either.


General Comments

I flew to Moscow from Dublin via Heathrow and on both legs BMI lost my luggage. In my experience contacting their customer service team has been a complete joke with little or no satisfactory response, their service personnel continually make delivery promises which they don't deliver on. It's a real shame as the connection times and prices for this flight are good but when they have to deal with an issue their service has been lethargic and very unreliable
