Good Points

Parts were deleivered fairly quickly.


Bad Points

- Customer service and return policy was horrible, even though the error was theirs.
- Incorrect make/model listing on website.


General Comments

One part (drain plug) was incorrectly listed on the website for the wrong model. The part arrived, and it was noted on the package it wouldn't fit the make/model I ordered it for. Attempted to try it anyway and sure enough it was too small. CSR said they would not pay return shipping, even though it was there error. Called a couple times, sent photo-copies of the package, and still nothing. The part only cost $6, so I ended up keeping it figuring it wasn't worth my time fussing with unknowledgeable CSRs.
