Bad Points

Unbelievably rude customer service.
Never once contacted me to update me.
Sent an invoice for the repairs that does not fit the damage.
Managers couldn't even help me or contact me.


General Comments

I hired a car from here as it was cheap. A tiny stone pinged up and scratched the bottom of it. I was charged £500 and months of chasing up my money followed with absolutely no answers or help from anyone involved in the company. Not even when I contacted a manager at the head office. They rented the car out on a long term rental afterwards so didn't even look at the scratch for months, so anything could've happened during that time. After months of phone calls I was eventually forced to complain to BVRLA and apparently 1 car 1 are saying that they had to repaint the whole door which is absolutely ridiculous as the tiny scratch wasn't even on the door.
