Bad Points
Floor damaged due to beds being dragged, no compensation offered.
General Comments
The drivers ruined my house; £1000 flooring by dragging bed's across them, they got agitated and left without an apology when I pointed this out to them. Dreams sided with the drivers and refused to pay compensation. We certainly didn't buy £980 worth of beds to have our home damaged.
