I would really recommend anyone wanting a stress free parking experience to reconsider before using Purple Parking. The driver caught my suitcase and broke it on the mini bus on return from our trip. He apologised and I went to see the Manager who also apologised and I completed a complaints form. I received a reply saying that they would not be able to assist with my broken suitcase and that I should return it to the manufacturer! I was so angry and have let 3 answerphone messages for them to contact me but to no avail as all the calls are ignored. I will never use this company again and I really would advise anyone thinking of doing so to think again.
