Business banking with Natwest is not cheap and probably expensive.
General Comments
Have always found Natwest to be supportive of our business even during tough times. Have found on line banking easy and efficient and the card reader easy and probably necessary for security. Business managers have always been helpful and generally say "yes". Overall it would take a lot to move us away from Natwest. We have a good history with them. They make money from us so they do us no favours but they are helpful, supportive and efficient (and friendly) So long as RBS keep keep their distance we will probably stay with Natwest. However they could do with reducing their charges to small business.
