I would recommend the Bridal House to everyone. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I went in with an idea of what style of dress I wanted as I was getting married in Jamaica. I was encouraged to try on a number of dresses so I could make sure of the style. I was so glad I did, I ended up getting a completely different style of dress to what I had in mind. The dress was selected for me by one of the fabulous assistants. She was able to tell how each dress would look on me before I had even tried it on and she was exactly right. I had been into other bridal shops that morning and witnessed other ladies trying on dresses, being told the dress looked amazing on them and it just did not suit them. At Bridal house I asked for an honest opinion and was given it. I felt so happy with how I was treated.

I then complicated matters for the bridal house. After signing for my measurements,a few weeks later I discovered I was pregnant after a long time of trying for a baby. I called them and they told me not to worry. They order the dress a couple of sizes bigger and told me they would fit the dress around the bump (I was 6 months pregnant at the time of the wedding). They kept in regular contact with me whilst reordering my dress and were fantastic at the fittings.

I had been nervous that I would look ridiculous on my wedding day and bobbed in to see them. They made me feel so welcome and reassured me that I would still look good. It felt like going in to see friends or family.

The dress was fitted so expertly that you could not tell I was pregnant (and my bump was quite large), they took into account mine and the baby's comfort and made my special day perfect. I cannot thank the staff at the Bridal house enough. They are amazing ladies and without them my wedding day would have cost me alot more not only in money terms but also stress.
