Service is good, Nationwide staff are always polite, informed, helpful.
Bad Points
No online facility - surely all small business need online banking? And interest rates could be more competitive, possibly tired?
General Comments
Been with Nationwide Business Investor for about 10 years - never had an issue. Statements always acurate, no overcharges, always ready to help. Interest rate not as competitive as it used to be. Telephone service is OK, but internet banking would make this a truly perfect account for the small business.
