“I need help! U never changed my password and it told...”

I need help! U never changed my password and it told me that U couldnt sign in.. this email address is so important to me and I need to be able to log in. I have another address that hotmail can contact me on to help. But its telling me I can reset my password on site, but its sending the password to the email that I can not get into? I am very sonfused what do I do... I need help!
