General Comments

Very competitive, if you ' re looking for a brand you've heard of! I had previous policy with the cheapest I could find via confused and now I know why they were cheap. Terrible customer service and when I came to claim for having my bags stolen they wouldn't pay out. I guess it makes sense, if you buy cheap don't expect much! I paid about 26 quid for an annual Europe policy, obviously not the cheapest, but not expensive at all and for a well known brand name it ' s a great price. I always thought Amex was for people with more money than me!
